Vitamin B Complex Injection Side Effects

Though vitamin B complex injections are claimed to have certain health benefits, they are also associated with various adverse effects, particularly when used for a prolonged duration in high doses. Vitamin B complex side effects may include edema, ulcer, joint pain, dehydration, low calcium, reduced protein metabolism and at times, depression. Also, vitamin B complex injections may interfere with nutrient absorption and assimilation. On the safer note, it is always advisable to administer vitamin B complex injections with proper medical supervision. Self delivery of these vitamin supplement injections should be strictly avoided in order to prevent the unusual side effects of vitamin B complex injections.
